Returns

You may return a piece bought from us within 30 days of purchase or delivery [CONFIRM: matches the store's return window], unworn and in its original condition with the receipt. Returns are made in the store (7884 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles) or by insured mail arranged with us first.

We refund to the original payment method. Card refunds take 5–10 business days to show. Shipping charges are not refunded unless the piece arrived faulty or was not what you ordered.

Exchanges

Exchange within the same 30 days for another piece or size; any price difference is charged or refunded.

What cannot be returned

• Custom-made pieces, Build Your Ring orders, and anything engraved, resized or altered at your request.
• Earrings for hygiene reasons, unless faulty [CONFIRM].
• Gold and silver bullion, coins and other items priced from the daily market [CONFIRM].
• Watch batteries and repair services.

Sizing
