Products and descriptions

We describe metals and stones as accurately as we can and follow the FTC Jewelry Guides. Weights are averages; handmade and cast pieces vary slightly. Colours on screen may differ from the piece. Stone grades on catalog items are the manufacturer's unless a certificate from a laboratory is named.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Many prices follow the market price of gold and silver and can change from day to day; the price you pay is the one shown at checkout. If a price was clearly wrong because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted when payment is authorised and you receive our confirmation email. We may cancel an order (with a full refund) if a piece turns out to be unavailable, if we cannot verify the payment, or if the delivery address is outside the area we ship to. Sales tax is charged at the Niles, Illinois rate.

Build Your Ring and custom work

Estimates on the website are indicative. A custom piece is ordered only after we confirm the price, you approve the design and you pay the deposit we agree in writing. Custom and engraved pieces cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

Accounts

Keep your password private. We may close accounts used for fraud or abuse.

Use of the website

Content, photos and designs on the website belong to Arman Jewelers or its suppliers. Do not copy them for commercial use.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the price paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Illinois Consumer Fraud and Deceptive Business Practices Act or other law that cannot be waived.

Governing law

Illinois law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Cook County, Illinois [CONFIRM].
