Where we ship

We ship to addresses in Illinois only, to a street address (no P.O. boxes). Outside Illinois? Call the store — (847) 674-4800 — and we will help.

Cost

• Free on orders of $150 or more (before tax).
• Otherwise $12 per order.
• Store pickup is always free.

How and when

Every piece is checked at the bench, packed discreetly and shipped insured with [CONFIRM: UPS / FedEx / USPS]. Orders usually leave the store within 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–5 business days. You receive the tracking number by email when the order ships.

Orders over $500 need an adult signature on delivery [CONFIRM threshold]. The package is not left at the door.

Store pickup

Choose "Pick up in store" at checkout. We email you when the order is ready, usually within two days (sizing can take longer). Bring a photo ID matching the name on the order; someone else can collect it if you tell us their name in advance [CONFIRM].

Lost or damaged packages

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery (or of the expected delivery date). Because every shipment is insured, we will file the claim and replace or refund the piece.
